Focused on the production of energy from water, the project was a new way to speak about circularity. The installation consists in an aquaponic system: it was able to convert the fishes excrements into substances that feeds the basil’s floating plants. it is basically a combination of aquaculture, which is growing fish and other aquatic animals, and hydroponics which is growing plants without soil.
